The fear of being 100% who you are

Blog Post No. 10

The fear of truly being who you are makes “sense” on many levels, but at its core it is absolutely deceptive nonsense. In this blog post, I share my perspective on why the fear of being who you are is an installed fear and how it suppresses your true power and makes you believe you are nothing special.

Let's explore this topic on a very deep level. For me, the fear of being who I am is a huge mindf*ck! Why am I afraid to be myself? Why am I afraid to express my true nature? What is going on here? Yes, on a psychological level you could explain it with trauma causes, and also with other theories and concepts... but on a deeper level?

What is the purpose of fearing and expressing our true selves? I mean, we are who we are, right? That shouldn't scare us and there shouldn't be any surprises if we are truly honest with ourselves…

The fear of yourself

One of the greatest fears there is is the fear of reconnecting with yourself on all levels – which means also facing that what was previously hidden from you, i.e. your subconscious. I am not saying that you have this fear in particular, but that is generally the case for almost everyone in this reality.

The fear of yourself is usually the fear of the hidden parts of your subconscious – e.g. your shadow side. Are you afraid your hidden aspects?

For some reason, orchids have always reminded me of an unexceptional self-expression – the absolutely fearless expression of their natural beauty. They really vibrate on a very pure level. What do you feel when you encounter these beautiful creatures?

Before we are ready to authentically express who we are, we must first be 100% okay with every aspect of ourselves – which means we must learn to face and accept ourselves without exception. In other words, we need to be able to consciously see and understand who we are – by healing and overcoming the fear of facing our own shadows and the subconscious. Know that your true nature is able to handle both the conscious and the currently unconscious part of you.

There is another question you should consider here: Are your subconscious parts actually yours? Even if they pretend to be and feel like yours? Who are you really? Ponder on this.

Once you have overcome the fear of yourself and are 100% okay with who you are, it is time to reintegrate your true aspects. This is the essential part of the integration process which I accompany in my 1:1 consultations.

The fear of expressing and being yourself

This world is full of fears within fears within fears… and fears are programs – meaning this has nothing to do with your true nature. Fears block your true expression as well as the memory of who you really are.

I can almost guarantee you that once you have faced the fear of your unconscious parts, another fear will appear – which may be the fear of showing your true nature to the outside world. Fears are barriers that block your self-confidence and prevent you from fully expressing who you are.

There is nothing wrong with you, that is just the mechanism of this world – this “fear within fear” program will keep running until you truly remember who you are.

Realize that you are not a victim to this mechanism – as long as you do not believe it to be so. That is why is very important to do the inner work and to innerstand what these programs are.

Pure and free self-expression without fear is a natural state of a soul being.
